However, if you need to return an item, please note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. Please be aware that all return shipping is your responsibility, and we recommend insuring your return shipment as any loss/damage claims must be filed by you. Upon approval for a return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Please note that any returns without an RMA number or acceptable packaging will be refused, and a $10 repackaging fee will be applied.
